Enrollment is confirmed only upon registration and payment; preferred days or times are not guaranteed. <strong>All instruction, tutoring, mentorship, or professional guidance must occur exclusively through The Pi Expert programs.<\/strong> <strong>Unauthorized independent arrangements will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n <h4>2.4 Workshops & Events<\/h4>\r\n <p>Workshops and events may be limited by grade level, subject, capacity, or prerequisites, which will be listed in program materials. Enrollment is confirmed only upon registration and meeting stated requirements. <strong>Program format, delivery, and participation eligibility are at The Pi Expert\u2019s sole discretion.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n <h4>2.5 Program Outreach<\/h4>\r\n <p>Certain programs target <strong>students from historically underrepresented backgrounds<\/strong> to address <strong>opportunity and access gaps<\/strong>. Safety & Compliance<\/h3>\r\n <h4>6.1 Supervision & Access<\/h4>\r\n <p>Programs are conducted under the supervision of The Pi Expert staff or authorized professionals. Only registered participants, approved family members, instructors, and staff may access program locations. Families are responsible for drop-off and pickup unless otherwise stated. Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while on-site or engaged with The Pi Expert programs. <strong>Safety, supervision, and access protocols may be modified at The Pi Expert\u2019s sole discretion.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n <h4>6.2 Location Confidentiality<\/h4>\r\n <p><strong>Participants and families may not share, distribute, or disclose program locations without prior written authorization.<\/strong> Violations will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.<\/p>\r\n <h4>6.3 Media & Privacy<\/h4>\r\n <p><strong>Participants and families may not share, distribute, or disclose photographs, videos, or other media depicting program locations, participants, or instructors without prior written authorization.<\/strong> Violations will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.<\/p>\r\n <h4>6.4 Visitors<\/h4>\r\n <p><strong>No visitors of any kind<\/strong> are permitted in any program space <strong>without explicit written authorization from Mr. Bush.<\/strong> Unauthorized presence will be treated as <strong>trespass<\/strong> and will result in <strong>immediate removal and referral to law enforcement.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n \r\n <h3 id=\"media\">7. Media & Intellectual Property<\/h3>\r\n <p>Participation may include photography, video, or other media documentation. <strong>All participants grant The Pi Expert a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such media for promotional, educational, reporting, or partnership purposes, including derivative works.<\/strong> All educational materials and content remain the exclusive property of The Pi Expert and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.<\/p>\r\n\r\n \r\n <h3 id=\"liability\">8. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment<\/h3>\r\n <p>Participants assume all risks associated with program participation, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, or claims arising from actions of other participants or third parties. <strong>Participants waive any claims against The Pi Expert to the maximum extent permitted by law.<\/strong> Families acknowledge and accept these risks by enrolling. Enrollment is confirmed only upon registration and payment; preferred days or times are not guaranteed. <strong>All instruction, tutoring, mentorship, or professional guidance must occur exclusively through The Pi Expert programs.<\/strong> <strong>Unauthorized independent arrangements will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n <h4>2.4 Workshops & Events<\/h4>\r\n <p>Workshops and events may be limited by grade level, subject, capacity, or prerequisites, which will be listed in program materials. Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while on-site or engaged with The Pi Expert programs. <strong>Safety, supervision, and access protocols may be modified at The Pi Expert\u2019s sole discretion.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n <h4>6.2 Location Confidentiality<\/h4>\r\n <p><strong>Participants and families may not share, distribute, or disclose program locations without prior written authorization.<\/strong> Violations will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.<\/p>\r\n <h4>6.3 Media & Privacy<\/h4>\r\n <p><strong>Participants and families may not share, distribute, or disclose photographs, videos, or other media depicting program locations, participants, or instructors without prior written authorization.<\/strong> Violations will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.<\/p>\r\n <h4>6.4 Visitors<\/h4>\r\n <p><strong>No visitors of any kind<\/strong> are permitted in any program space <strong>without explicit written authorization from Mr. Bush.<\/strong> Unauthorized presence will be treated as <strong>trespass<\/strong> and will result in <strong>immediate removal and referral to law enforcement.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n \r\n <h3 id=\"media\">7.
