Terms & Conditions – The Pi Expert LLC

1. General Terms

The Pi Expert operates structured educational programs. Enrollment, participation, or engagement constitutes acceptance of all program policies and Terms & Conditions. All decisions regarding enrollment, participation, or removal of any participant are at the sole discretion of The Pi Expert and are final.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility & Enrollment

Programs have defined educational objectives and enrollment standards applied uniformly. Enrollment decisions are based on program requirements, alignment with educational goals, and applicable law. The Pi Expert retains sole discretion to approve, deny, suspend, or remove participation to ensure safety, program readiness, and meaningful engagement. Programs addressing opportunity gaps may target specific populations as described in 2.5. Eligibility criteria and prerequisites are non-negotiable.

2.2 Instructors

Instructors and facilitators are selected based on alignment with The Pi Expert’s mission, expertise, and ability to support participant growth. Assignments, responsibilities, and substitutions are at The Pi Expert’s sole discretion.

2.3 Tutoring Services

Private tutoring is subject to availability, subject fit, and scheduling. Enrollment is confirmed only upon registration and payment; preferred days or times are not guaranteed. All instruction, tutoring, mentorship, or professional guidance must occur exclusively through The Pi Expert programs. Unauthorized independent arrangements will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.

2.4 Workshops & Events

Workshops and events may be limited by grade level, subject, capacity, or prerequisites, which will be listed in program materials. Enrollment is confirmed only upon registration and meeting stated requirements. Program format, delivery, and participation eligibility are at The Pi Expert’s sole discretion.

2.5 Program Outreach

Certain programs may target students from historically underrepresented backgrounds to address opportunity and access gaps. Enrollment remains at The Pi Expert’s sole discretion. All programs are open to eligible students who meet stated requirements, without regard to race, color, national origin, or other protected status under applicable law.

3. Fees & Payment

All fees are due in full prior to sessions unless otherwise stated. Payments may be made via credit card or other secure methods. Fees are non-refundable. Prepaid hours, sessions, or program access expire 60 days after purchase. The Pi Expert reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without affecting prior purchases. Unauthorized payment reversals or chargebacks will result in suspension of access, forfeiture of program hours, and may result in legal action, including recovery of any costs or fees incurred.

4. Attendance & Participation

Participants are expected to attend and actively engage in all scheduled sessions. Failure to participate may result in forfeiture of session credit or removal. Families are responsible for ensuring attendance. Participation may be modified or terminated at The Pi Expert’s sole discretion, including for failure to meet attendance requirements, engagement expectations, or behavioral standards.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times. Disruptions, harassment, or conduct undermining the learning environment will result in immediate corrective action or removal, without refund or appeal. The Pi Expert retains sole authority to enforce rules and determine consequences.

6. Safety & Compliance

6.1 Supervision & Access

Programs are conducted under the supervision of The Pi Expert staff or authorized professionals. Only registered participants, approved family members, instructors, and staff may access program locations. Families are responsible for drop-off and pickup unless otherwise stated. Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws while on-site or engaged with The Pi Expert programs. Safety, supervision, and access protocols may be modified at The Pi Expert’s sole discretion.

6.2 Location Confidentiality

Participants and families may not share, distribute, or disclose program locations without prior written authorization. Violations will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.

6.3 Media & Privacy

Participants and families may not share, distribute, or disclose photographs, videos, or other media depicting program locations, participants, or instructors without prior written authorization. Violations will result in immediate termination of program access, forfeiture of fees, and legal action.

6.4 Visitors

No visitors—including family members, media, public figures, celebrities, politicians, or education officials—are allowed in program spaces without prior written authorization. Unauthorized entry constitutes trespass and may result in immediate removal, termination of program participation, and legal action, including reporting to law enforcement.

7. Media & Intellectual Property

Participation may include photography, video, or other media documentation. All participants grant The Pi Expert a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such media for promotional, educational, reporting, or partnership purposes, including derivative works. All educational materials and content remain the exclusive property of The Pi Expert and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.

8. Liability & Risk Acknowledgment

Participants assume all risks associated with program participation, including but not limited to injury, loss of property, or claims arising from actions of other participants or third parties. Participants waive any claims against The Pi Expert to the maximum extent permitted by law. Families acknowledge and accept these risks by enrolling. This waiver is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted under Florida law.

9. Cancellation & Removal

The Pi Expert may cancel, modify, or reschedule any program at its sole discretion. Participants may be removed for behavioral, compliance, or other reasons without refund to maintain program integrity.

10. Rescheduling & Makeups

Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior. Makeups are subject to availability and The Pi Expert’s discretion. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

11. Privacy

All participant information is confidential and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Participants must respect the privacy of others.

12. Modifications

The Pi Expert may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or the official website. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Florida law. All disputes shall be resolved individually and submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Participants waive any right to a jury trial or class-action claim.

15. Operational Discretion

The Pi Expert retains sole discretion over program structure, focus, delivery, and operational priorities. All decisions regarding programming, enrollment, and participation are final and non-negotiable.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By enrolling, participating, or being engaged in any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
